This website

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own server; visiting the site sends no data to third parties.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. To deliver the pages and protect them against misuse, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time of access, requested page and browser type in server logs.

If you write to us by email, we use your message only to reply to it.

The Telloop application

Telloop is used by retail businesses. The following applies to them and to their customers.

Data from Google

With the consent of the business, given through Google's own sign-in, Telloop accesses the Google Business Profile API. Telloop reads the account and location details of the business and its reviews (the reviewer's name as shown on Google, review text, star rating, date), and publishes replies that a person at the business has approved. Telloop uses this data only to show the reviews to the business, to draft replies, to publish approved replies and to show the number and average of reviews per store. The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not passed on to third parties beyond the processors named here.

Telloop's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The full policy: Google API Services User Data Policy.

Reply drafts

To draft a reply, the review text and the instructions of the business are sent to a language model via OpenRouter. Requests are made with zero data retention: the providers do not store the data and do not use it for training.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored with Supabase in Zurich, Switzerland. Review texts are cleared 90 days after a reply is sent; unanswered reviews are removed after 90 days. Access tokens from Google are stored encrypted.

Revoking access

A business can revoke Telloop's access at any time in its Google account under myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request we delete all data stored for the business.

Customers taking part in the prize draw

When customers enter a prize draw in a shop, Telloop processes their data on behalf of that shop. The shop is responsible; its privacy notice, linked on the entry page, applies.

Your rights

You can request information about your data, have it corrected or deleted. Write to admin@telloop.ch.
